Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tractor GPS subscriptions are sold through the App Store, which means Apple is the seller and Apple issues the refunds. This page explains how to cancel, how to ask Apple for a refund, and what we will do when Apple says no.
Try it before you pay
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you get a reminder before it does. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing.
That is deliberate: a guidance app either works in your field, with your machine and your receiver, or it does not, and a week in the tractor tells you more than any refund policy.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, from the phone:
- iOS Settings → your name (at the top)
- Subscriptions
- Tractor GPS → Cancel Subscription
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your fields, boundaries and work logs are not deleted.
We cannot cancel a subscription for you, because Apple holds it — but if the steps above are not working, email us and we will walk you through it.
Refunds
Because Apple is the seller, refund requests go to Apple:
- reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription, find Tractor GPS, and choose "Request a refund".
- Or in iOS Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
Apple decides these, not us. We have no ability to issue or refuse a refund on Apple's behalf, and we are not told when you ask for one.
When Apple says no
Write to us anyway: support@tractorgpsapp.com.
We cannot overturn Apple's decision, but if you were charged for something that genuinely did not work — a renewal you had cancelled and Apple did not register, a subscription that never unlocked, a fault on our side we could not fix — we will support your case with Apple in writing, and we will keep helping until it is sorted. Tell us what happened and include the Apple ID email address on the purchase.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and rights if something is faulty or not as described. Nothing on this page takes those away. Where the law gives you more than Apple's process does, the law wins, and we will help you exercise it.
If you subscribed somewhere else
Everything above assumes you bought through the App Store, which is currently the only way to subscribe to Tractor GPS. If that ever changes — a subscription bought directly from us on this website, for example — the seller for that purchase, the refund window and the process would be stated at the point of sale and on this page before it applied to anyone.
