One inbox, read by a person — usually the one who wrote the app.

We aim to reply within two working days, and usually faster. There is no phone queue, no ticket number and no chatbot in the way.

Email is much the faster route. We are a small company in Ireland, so the phone is often a voicemail — and a written description of what the app is doing, with your device and receiver, gets you a real answer sooner than a callback would.

Before you write, the Help & Support page answers the questions that come up most — no GPS fix, guidance line drifting, a subscription the app cannot find — and the user guide is the full manual.

What to write to us about

Something not working in the field — tell us your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version, and whether you are using the phone's own GPS or an external receiver. That is usually enough for us to work it out.
Accuracy questions — what you are seeing, and what you expected. Include the receiver make if you have one.
Subscriptions and billing — including a purchase the app cannot find. Send the Apple ID email address you subscribed with, and we can usually sort it in one reply.
Refunds — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy first; refunds are issued by Apple, but write to us anyway and we will help.
Privacy requests — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything in it. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold.
Security — if you think you have found a vulnerability, put "security" in the subject line and we will come back to you quickly.
